Architectural services / Delivery workflows

Capabilities for people and their agents.

JTA combines architectural design, external research and intelligent workflows to produce reviewable project information.

A capability may be commissioned directly, developed through a focused study or connected to an authorized client-agent workflow.

The project appointment establishes the jurisdiction, purpose, inputs, deliverables, review process and responsible parties.

01 / Regulation / Construction / Manufacture

Regulatory and production compliance.

Applicable construction, product and manufacturing requirements identified and carried into the agreed project information.

Outcome

A jurisdiction-specific compliance basis connected to the design, documentation and review process.

Typical deliverables

  • Regulatory and authority requirements register
  • Applicable standards and technical criteria matrix
  • Design and document compliance review
  • Recorded assumptions, exceptions and specialist approvals

Basis of delivery

The governing location, project type, work stage and responsible authorities are established for each engagement. Local licensed professionals, engineers, testing bodies, manufacturers and authorities are incorporated where required. JTA does not replace statutory approval or independent certification.

02 / Objectives / Requirements / Decisions

Project definition and briefing.

Objectives, constraints, information needs and decision criteria translated into a workable project basis.

Outcome

A clear, reviewable brief that people and authorized agents can use to coordinate the next stage.

Typical deliverables

  • Project objectives and success criteria
  • Requirements, constraints and dependencies
  • Information request and responsibility matrix
  • Stage plan, decisions and acceptance criteria

Basis of delivery

The brief records its sources, assumptions, open questions and approval state so later work can be assessed against the agreed purpose.

03 / Space / System / Material

Architectural design and spatial development.

Places, systems and material relationships developed from first proposition through coordinated design.

Outcome

A coherent architectural direction with alternatives, decisions and consequences made visible.

Typical deliverables

  • Spatial strategies and design alternatives
  • Plans, sections, elevations and visual material
  • Material, component and interface studies
  • Coordinated design packages for the agreed stage

Basis of delivery

Each issue identifies its design stage, source information, intended decisions and the coordination or approval still required.

04 / Evidence / Alternatives / Decisions

Evidence-led research and comparison.

External evidence, precedents and design testing brought together around a focused project decision.

Outcome

A traceable assessment of options, trade-offs, evidence limits and practical next steps.

Typical deliverables

  • Research question and evaluation criteria
  • Source and precedent review
  • Comparative options and trade-off assessment
  • Findings, limitations and recommendations

Basis of delivery

Sources, dates, assumptions and gaps remain visible. Findings are presented at the level of confidence supported by the available evidence.

05 / Models / Information / Exchange

BIM information and coordination.

Models, requirements and exchanges structured so teams can coordinate, review and continue the work.

Outcome

A controlled information environment aligned with the project's uses, stages and delivery responsibilities.

Typical deliverables

  • BIM and information requirements
  • Model structure and exchange definition
  • Coordination and issue reports
  • Versioned model, drawing and schedule packages

Basis of delivery

Model purpose, level of information, exchange format, revision, status and responsible author are identified for each delivery.

06 / Fabrication / Assembly / Production

Design for construction and manufacture.

Design intent translated into information for site work, prefabrication, specialist fabrication and assembly.

Outcome

A coordinated production basis matched to the selected construction or manufacturing process.

Typical deliverables

  • Construction details and interfaces
  • Fabrication geometry and component information
  • Tolerance, sequence and assembly studies
  • Production review packages

Basis of delivery

Machine-specific preparation, testing, certification and production release are coordinated with the responsible engineers, manufacturers and specialist providers.

07 / A2A / Tasks / Reviewable results

Agent-to-agent project delivery.

Authorized client agents engage JTA to define tasks, provide inputs, follow progress and receive reviewable results.

Outcome

A traceable task exchange between authorized client systems and JTA's architectural workflows.

Typical deliverables

  • Structured task and acceptance criteria
  • Input, permission and dependency manifest
  • Progress and information requests
  • Versioned deliverable package with review state

Basis of delivery

Connection requirements, identity, authorization, data handling and human approval gates are established for the engagement. Each exchange preserves source, version, status and responsibility metadata.

Conditions of delivery

A clear basis for every task.

Before work begins, JTA and the client establish how the capability will be applied and assessed. The same declared basis is available to human participants and authorized client agents.

Jurisdiction
Applicable locations, authorities, laws, codes, standards and professional requirements.
Task
Purpose, scope, success criteria, programme, fees, dependencies and exclusions.
Information
Authorized inputs, sources, assumptions, model revisions and data handling requirements.
Delivery
